The project titled "Development and Implementation of Electronic Professional Development System for Students of the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies" prepared by the faculty members of our department has been accepted by the Scientific Research Commission of Marmara University. Within the scope of the project, it is planned to establish an E-Portfolio system for the students of our department.

The aim of the system is to develop and implement this personal development area where the web-supported portfolio environment where the students of our department can exhibit their products and personal development developed during their undergraduate education will be used as an educational environment. With this study, it is planned to evaluate the products such as homework, projects, reports prepared by the students during their university education in order to contribute to their professional development with the activities and projects they participate in outside the university.
In business life, where experience and project are important, the place of the studies carried out during the university life is very important. Since the studies of the students for 4 years will be accessible through the e-portfolio system, it will enable them to adapt more easily to career opportunities other than private sector-oriented work and teaching profession.
In the e-study, it is also aimed to investigate the effective usability of the e-portfolio in the university environment, to examine how the e-portfolio evaluation process affects the success of the students, to look at the effective applicability of the constructivist learning model with the integration of the e-portfolio and to observe whether this practice has positive or negative effects on the attitudes of the students.
